Good News!

Although I was off-line most of the days in rehearsals and previews for my new show (which is going well), I received good news through the phone (thanks Dave!) that Alan Chambers and Exodus International have released some details (via Warren Throckmorton) about new guidelines for youth .

That's good news and a very good first step. From the brief look at the guidelines that I had, they need to be beefed up a bit especially compared with say the Boy Scouts.

And if you are up, have a listen to my live interview tonight at 9:00 EST on KBOO. I'll do some samples of plays and talk about silly and serious stuff. You can listen live and streaming.

I set the alarm for 2.45 and my brain went from "what the ..." to "ooh, peterson!!". the next time I opened my eyes it was 4.30 .. I was so angry that I missed it .. and now hoping that Alex managed to record it ;)

Considering how long these guidelines take to materialise, they seem strangely... bare.

I'm afraid I missed it too. Fell asleep at 10. (total wimp)

I missed it as well. I was talking with a new Transbuddy, and then I realized that my throat really hurt, so I popped an Airborne and went to bed. All before 10:00.

Sorry, P.

Should I feel like a bad friend? 'Cause I kinda really do.

No problem about the interview. The important thing is that I didn't miss it! It was fun. I got to do some samples from shows, talk about Portland gigs and some about my faith.
(Stuff you all know already so you missed nothing--oh, except the interpretive dance, which ended up not being the best choice for radio.
